All the mayors of the communes in which charging stations will be installed were invited to this event during which, in addition to the charging station and its principle of access by card or smartphone, they were able to discover different models of electric vehicles presented by the dealers who had kindly accepted the union's invitation for this occasion. Symbolically, a card giving access to the network of charging stations was given to each of the elected officials present for his or her municipality. Translated with (free version)

SOBEM-SCAME will be present on the Avere-France shared stand at the Paris Motor Show which will take place from October 1st to 16th, 2016 Paris expo - Porte de Versailles Pavilion 3 - Stand 218 - Aisle A. This is an ambitious goal set by Ségolène Royal on the sidelines of the Paris Motor Show, which opened in Paris on Saturday, October 1st. The Minister of the Environment stated that she wants to deploy one million public and private charging stations for electric vehicles in three years. "With 32,000 registrations in 2016, France has 100,000 electric vehicles: the number of electric vehicles has thus tripled since 2014", she detailed in a press release. "To support this acceleration, I announced at the Paris Motor Show a million charging points for electric vehicles," she added. This objective is set over three years, she said on Twitter. As of 5 September, there were 14,242 charging points open to the public in France, spread over 4,492 stations, according to a map broadcast by Ségolène Royal on Twitter. The target of one million terminals includes public and private charge points. In detail, the minister plans to set up 900,000 charge points for private individuals thanks to the energy transition tax credit, which allows the financing of 30% of the cost of these terminals, and 100,000 public charge points.
